CURTAIN CALL: DECEPTION LEAGUE
Curtain Call is teaming up with OutLoud Sports and Beaches Tropicana to launch Deception League, LA’s first queer immersive social league. Beginning October 13th, players will step off the sidelines and into a six-week season of strategy, alliances, deception, and social competition in the heart of West Hollywood.

THE LEAGUE
Every Tuesday, a new Cast enters Beaches Tropicana. Each player is secretly assigned as a Hero or Villain, with hidden roles, personal objectives, special powers, and more than one way to win. Players can compete for one night or return throughout the season to earn points, climb the leaderboard, and build a reputation. The season culminates in the Final Table Read, where the league’s standout players return for one final game. Created in partnership with OutLoud Sports, Deception League takes the community and connection of a queer social sports league and puts it into an entirely new kind of competition. No teams. No athletic ability required. Your social game is the sport.
THE EXPERIENCE
Every player plays from beginning to end. Getting cut from the Cast doesn’t end your game. It changes it.
Across the night, players form alliances, gather information, accuse, deceive, protect, betray, and decide who they can trust. Come alone. Bring a date. Bring your friends. By the end of the night, you may feel very differently about them.
THE SETTING
Hosted at Beaches Tropicana in West Hollywood, Deception League turns a night out into a game you’re actually part of. Grab a drink, order some food, build your strategy, and decide who you can trust.
Just remember, the person sitting across from you may already be plotting your elimination.
