The Halogen Company announces
A SEA OF ODDS
A Year Long Immersive Event, Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, April 6th, 2020 – The Halogen Company is postponing it’s 2020 production of A Sea of Odds. The immersive company has decided to shift gears and use this time to focus on strengthening the company’s mission and evaluate it’s creative process.
The Halogen Company is dedicated to supporting the social distances protocols set by the City of Los Angeles and helping reduce the number of those affected by COVID-19. Emails and refunds to those who have purchased tickets have gone out, and we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.
HALOGEN COMPANY’S MISSION
The Halogen Company (thehalogencompany.com) is a Los Angeles based theatre company committed to the interactive and immersive theater experience. Winners of the Los Angeles’ 2019 Immersive Invitational Audience Award, our previous works include ONE EXIT, our 2019 summer sold out immersive experience, based off Sartre’s No Exit and Dante’s Inferno; Almost, Maine, our sold out interactive rendition of John Cariani’s classic play; and our annual holiday immersive party YULE.
We thrive on creating and honoring live theater, merging artists, interacting with a multitude of inventive outlets and offering resources and tools for actors who crave the creative hustle. The Halogen Company revels in stories that mine the often forgotten moments of our lives to celebrate the philosophical and existential gems underneath. We tilt the scale between original and classic pieces intended for audience interaction and full immersion. The actors vary, the stories differ, the locations change…but we are always sure to bump the lamp.
