Knotts Scary Farm 2024 Review

Knott’s Scary Farm 2024: A Haunting Experience Like No Other

As a haunted house enthusiast, I eagerly anticipated Knott’s Scary Farm 2024, and it did not disappoint. This year’s event boasted two new spine-chilling mazes, an immersive Elvira experience, and the return of fan favorites. Over 31 terrifying nights, from September 19 to November 2, Knott’s Scary Farm transformed into a realm of nightmares.

Mazes in order of my favorites first:

  1. Widows: My personal favorite, this maze transported me into a web-covered nursing home where demonic black widows possessed the elderly residents.
  2. Eight Fingers Nine: The Boogeyman: A colonial township under siege by a finger-eating monster.
  3. Wax Works (Final Year): A wax museum where figures seem lifelike. I will miss this maze RIP Wax Works maybe I’ll see you in The Chilling Chambers next season.
  4. Cinema Slasher: A trilogy of slasher movies come to life.
  5. The Chilling Chambers: A nostalgic nod to Knott’s Scary Farm’s past.
  6. The Grimoire: A mysterious spell book brings nightmares to life.
  7. Bloodline 1842 (Final Year): The final battle in the war-torn streets of Valdonia.
  8. Mesmer: Sideshow of the Mind: A hypnotic session turns phobias into terror.
  9. Origins: The Curse of Calico: Uncover the sinister paranormal activity plaguing Calico.
  10. Room 13: A Prohibition-era murder mystery at the Argive Hotel.

Scare Zones:

  1. Ghost Town Streets: The original scare zone, filled with monsters
  2. The Gore-ing 20’s: cursed speakeasy
  3. The Gauntlet: your mother’s a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries
  4. Foresaken Lake: gothic funeral
  5. Carnevil: twisted carnival

Shows:

  1. Le Magnifique Carnaval du Grotesque: A collection of death-defying feats and carnival acts that will delight your darkest desires.
  2. The Conjurers: A mesmerizing show that left me awestruck.
  3. Yours Cruelly, Elvira EXXperience: A tribute to Elvira’s illustrious career.
  4. The Hanging: The Errors Tour:
The town of Calico is once again under siege! It’s up to the Lawman and the Hangman to rise up and battle the evildoers in all out bloodfest featuring the vilest villains of the past year. This show is not for the squeamish!
