Meyer2Meyer Entertainment, the creators behind some of the country’s most acclaimed immersive experiences, announces HAUNTED SOIREE: TRUE CRIME, a two-hour immersive Halloween experience where a seemingly festive Oktoberfest celebration hides a much darker story.

Nearly a century after a suspected warlock was killed over a mysterious book of German-American folk magic, the secretive Autumn Society keeps his strange traditions alive through an eccentric festival of drinks, music, masks, ghost stories and games.

But as the night unfolds, guests discover the festivities aren’t what they seem.

Every toast. Every game. Every tradition. It’s all part of a ritual.

As guests drink, celebrate and explore, each room reveals another chapter of the mystery, including the story behind The Long Lost Friend, the mysterious book of spells at the center of the 1928 crime.

“The most unsettling stories are the ones that are already true,” said Justin Meyer, creator of Haunted Soiree. “We started with a real murder, a real book and a community where belief in folk magic had very real consequences.”

Unlike a traditional haunted house, guests aren’t simply walking through a series of scares. Haunted Soiree places them inside a living Halloween celebration where the drinks, music, characters, entertainment and traditions are all part of an unfolding story.

Guests can simply raise a glass and enjoy the party — or choose to venture deeper, follow the clues and uncover the mystery behind the celebration.

For two unforgettable hours, Haunted Soiree blends true crime, Oktoberfest revelry, supernatural folklore and immersive theatre into a Halloween experience unlike anything else.

Guests can enjoy themed cocktails, a curated selection of wines and beers, and mocktails for those who prefer a non-alcoholic option as they explore the experience. Attendees are encouraged to dress in Oktoberfest-inspired attire, cocktail elegance or Halloween costumes to become part of the world.
