Knott’s Berry Farm’s Summer Nights event brings local bands, festive decor, a DJ, and a night market with retail booths offering keychains, fidget toys, teas, and local finds. The highlight for food lovers is the Summer Nights Market, featuring four distinct dining locations with tasting passes available.

The Night Market Food Stalls
Lucky Bistro: Garlic Minced Beef with Stir Fry Noodles, Chicken Potstickers with Chili Soy Dipping Sauce, Lotus Flower Cookie, Fortune Cookie, and a Lychee Martini.
Rising Sun Izakaya: Miso Tofu Ramen, Cali Bowl, Japanese Cheesecake, Spicy Mango Sake Rum Cocktail, Money Cat Rice Lager, and Sapporo Rice Lager.
Mama Do’s Vietnamese Kitchen: BBQ Pork Banh Mi, BBQ Pork Noodle Salad, Sesame Balls, and Spiked Vietnamese Coffee.
Seoul Jumak: Kimcheese Fried Rice, Beef Bulgogi Tacos, Mango Bingsu, Soju Watermelon Cocktail, and Seoul Jumak Lager.
Tasting Highlights

Chicken Potstickers: Perfectly cooked to a golden finish with the right amount of exterior crunch.
Cali Bowl: An inventive, deconstructed California roll served over sushi rice from Rising Sun Izakaya. It’s a tasty and unique dish, though a little heavy on the sauce if you prefer lighter seasonings.
Miso Tofu Ramen: A rich, satisfying option filled with tofu, bean sprouts, fire-roasted corn, a soy-marinated egg, and toasted sesame.
Mango Bingsu: Shaved frozen condensed milk topped with fresh mango chunks and mango sauce. It melted quickly in the heat, but the sweet mango flavor still came through nicely.
Japanese Cheesecake: The standout dessert of the night. Shaped as a simple disc (roughly 6 inches across and 1.5 inches thick), it delivers a fluffy, sweet punch.
Knott’s Summer Nights runs through August 30th so get there before it’s too late!
Thank you Knott’s for the invitation and complimentary food tastings.
