Tattered & Frayed debuts their first live and remote shows this June!
Long Beach— On June 20th, 2024, Immersive Creator Tim Elrod alongside Reyna “Chainsaw Queen” of
Pain Academy, will simultaneously debut Shell Shocked- a live performance out of Long Beach, CA and The
Survivor- a remote experience on Discord. We invite guests to immerse themselves in a world created to offer good
stories where we want to branch out from horror to include other genres. Horror will always be our home, but we
want to dip into other genres.
Tattered & Frayed was born from a “BL4KM4SS presents” contest which asked cast members to pitch an
immersive show to be produced in the future. Tim’s concept was reviewed by the 4 Founders: Alex C. James,
Amori Stewart, Paul Stephen Edwards, & Reyna “Chainsaw Queen” Velarde. Chainsaw Queen took Tim’s idea and
helped him produce these shows.

The Survivor is a High-Pressure, 45-minute remote experience. In
a choose your own adventure style game You and a partner will play a
Agent to uncover a gruesome crime. Players will be paired with someone
at random for $40 or players can save when they book with a friend for
$75 total. Players will use Discord to interrogate a witness and sort
through their memories to solve the crime. It seems there have been many
crimes like this one… the only difference is this time… The witness is… THE SURVIVOR Guests will need
access to audio, video, and a keyboard. No mic or camera required.
Guests will go through with a random second guest or may choose to
book together and save!
Shell Shocked is a single entry, in-person, 45-minute, immersive
experience in Long Beach, CA. This experience will have a low level of
aggression/pain, high level of psychological triggers (including pain
simulations, torment simulations, weapons, PTSD, interrogations, blood,

drugs, and claustrophobia), guests will get wet/messy, and guest will endure an enclosed space for no longer
than 5 minutes.
Both Events will be: June 20, 21, 22, 23 & will run approximately 45 mins starting: 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, & 10pm
The Survivor Matinee Sunday Special- NOON, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, & 4pm Pacific Standard Time
BUDDY SYSTEM DEAL– $180 (Must book together)
You and a buddy will book the same date/time for The Survivor (Remote show).
You and the same buddy will enter the live show, Shell Shocked, separately and may choose any day or
timeslot (buddies will NOT do the live experience simultaneously)
You and your buddy will receive a final cut of the short film “The Survivor.”

Book The Survivor (Remote Show) and Shell Shocked (In-Person Show) together and save!
You will go through The Survivor with a random second guest. Shell Shocked you will be alone.
THE SURVIVOR- DUO– $75 Book The Survivor (Remote Show) together with a friend and save!
*SHELL SHOCKED- $60 (Only 3 spaces remain!) Live Event in Long Beach, CA- Single entry.
*THE SURVIVOR- $40 Remote show on Discord. You will be paired with a second person unless you book
together in advance.
