We all have families, some are quirkier than others but the Willows family is especially eccentric. Each guest to this immersive theatrical production by JFI will discover just how eccentric. Guests spend around 2 hours discovering their secrets, exploring their home and enjoying a very interactive meal.

My husband and I attended the 9:30pm performance on September 17th. We checked in outside and we given instructions before being sent into the home. We were immediately divided by the butler. I was sent on a task and Jeremiah went to explore. There were drinks both alcohol and nonalcoholic. The meal included salad, veggies, dips, bread and soup. All foods were clearly marked to allow for everyone to safely consume. We had an introduction around the dinner table to guests and characters. Then we split up on our own adventures in small groups and individually. Jeremiah and I had very different experiences throughout the evening. We both had a very enjoyable time.

The Willows is a fun immersive production that does its best to get each guest involved. The event is designed in a way that guests could definitely return and have different experiences within the same overall story. They were aware of food and drink concerns and did a wonderful job of making sure everyone was aware of what was in the food a drinks available. I’m not sure if they’d be able to accommodate mobility concerns within the space, there were stairs in the house. The confirmation email clearly gave instructions on what to wear and parking information as well.

I highly recommend this event. I thought the actors did incredible work. The location is beautiful. The food and drinks were nice. The story was interesting. The Willows is a fun and unique immersive experience.
